Hello Everyone and Welcome to the TGIF Scoop

Spring is definitely here for the real estate market!

Local Realtors are reporting more contracts written in recent weeks due in large to the stimulus package. More home buyers under $300,000 are now stepping up to the plate to get the stimulus money. Music to our ears...President of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast, Tim Milam, has seen a 35 % increase in contracts written in March from February.

The time is now to get the best deal of a home and take advantage of the $8000 tax credit!

Visit my website for Selling tips and to Search homes by price, neighborhood, map, schools and more. I can also send you a list of homes price at $100 a square  foot or even a list of foreclosures and short sales. Just contact me at kaybaker@seacoastrealty.com
