Hello Everyone and Welcome to the TGIF Scoop
There is some bright news this week on the housing market and economic front. New home sales were up 4.7% in February and existing homes sales were up 5.1%. In addition, the fourth quarter GDP was better than expected and durable goods orders rose 4.3%. And, the icing on the cake was the stock market rally! I think we might be starting to turn the corner.
So, the time is now to make that home purchase. You have record low interest rates and homes are all on SALE!
And as always, you can start your home search right here at www.cbbaker.com. Search by price, neighborhood, map, schools and more. I can also send you a list of homes price at $100 a square foot or even a list of foreclosures and short sales. Just contact me at kaybaker@seacoastrealty.com
And be sure to get out this weekend and enjoy some local activities. They are all right here! Remember, TGIF..........
