Hello everyone and welcome to the Scoop! Good news this week on the homefront.
The Wilmington area which is (New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick MSA) shows last year real estate prices have only dropped by 4.74%, but over the last five years enjoyed appreciation of a whopping 54.17%. That is again great news for our area. Wilmington NC just does not seem to follow national trends. We are seeing great signs of improvement in our marketplace for 2009. Buyers are bargain hunting, but that means we are moving stagnant inventories.
You can start your home search right here at www.cbbaker.com. Search by price, neighborhood, map, schools and more. I can also send you a list of homes price at $100 a square foot or even a list of foreclosures and short sales. Just contact me at kaybaker@seacoastrealty.com
And be sure to get out this weekend and enjoy some local activities. They are all right here! Remember, TGIF..........
