Key Lime Cheesecake Bars
2 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter melted
2 (8) oz pk cream cheese
2 (14) oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
2 Tbsp lime peel, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together. Press evenly into bottom of a 9X13 pan. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes. With mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Slowly beat in condensed milk until mixture is smooth. Stir in lime juice and grated peel. Pour over crust. Bake 25-30 min, until left is firm. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
