Hello everyone and welcome to the Scoop! You all know how much I love technology and how I am always seeking that competitive edge. Well, this week, I have some exciting news. Kay Baker & Associates is the first real estate team in Wilmington to launch mobile virtual tours to your phone. We are so excited to offer this new technology for our buyers and sellers. You may be simply driving by a home and see our sign with the text message code for that home and you just enter the text msg and there you go. You immediately receive the price, sq ft, and a virtual tour! Those text codes will also be displayed in all print advertising. Home buyers will receive the information they need and want and home sellers love the idea of not worrying about keeping brochure boxes full and the fact that we can communicate with buyers immediately by text. Text messaging is now the preferred communication these days, especially with 25-44 year olds. Try it for yourself text 44133 and enter 14041 or 14059 to search all homes!
And as always, you can start your home search right here at www.cbbaker.com. Search by price, neighborhood, map, schools and more. I can also send you a list of homes price at $100 a square foot or even a list of foreclosures and short sales. Just contact me at kaybaker@seacoastrealty.com
And be sure to get out this weekend and enjoy some local activities. They are all right here! Remember, TGIF..........
