Hello and welcome to TGIF Scoop!
Happy New Year 2010!
Are you still trying to decide on your New Year's resolution? Here are a couple of quotes to start you thinking about our brand new year.
Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each new year find you a better person. -Benjamin Franklin
Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other. -Abraham Lincoln
We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day. -Edith Lovejoy Pierce
If you have thought about making changes in this new year, now is the time to start writing them down and checking each one off as you complete them. If one change is a new home, there is still time to receive the $8,000 or $6,500 tax credit. The mortgage rates are still around 5% and some areas of New Hanover & Pender Counties offer USDA 100% financing. Call us use our local knowledge and experience to help guide you. Visit www.cbbaker.com for up the minute MLS listings of homes in our tri-county area.
